Need source for beaux-art/victorian medallion ceiling air diffusers

I have ugly 1950's metal air diffusers surrounding elegant chandeliers. Need to replace with metal medallion (circular) diffusers that replicate the plaster ornamentation that used to be there. Could be of painted metal, but don't know who makes/sells them. Thanks.
