Very nice. I'm sure she loves the great seating/reading area. Clutter-free really assists them in being more productive.

Thank you everyone! This project was done on a shoe string budget! I was able to cut corners by reusing a lot of her decor items and furnishings. The custom corner banquette was the most expensive and (my personal favorite) DIY birdcage swag ceiling light was the least expensive. The birdcage was purchased at Marshall's and the light kit from Home Depot. This DIY light is something that I will be doing again.... :)

OMG! I would kill to get that room! Was it hard to do all of that, because my room is boring, and I'm needing to add a bit of bodacious! :) Any advice?

@ doolittle9142, all I can say is that a lot of "rules" of interior design were broken to create this space. I mixed so many colors and different fabrics up to create this look. But it works in a tween girl space! We added white Xmas lights behind the sheer canopy AFTER the pic was taken. They are draped and held up with the 3M removable hooks…it looks even better when lit up! She chose the paint colors…very bold, right? :)

I love the corner bench. My daughter and I have been trying to think of what to do for a "cool" seating area while also incorporating storage features to provide more space. Thanks for the idea!

very cute. you seem to have enough room. I would have moved the bed out from the wall. easier to make it. and a tray on the window seat could serve as a night stand. this would also give you space for a very small night stand on the right of the bed as well.

Bed crowns are the best! Lovely! Sharp Studio, I'm sure your interpretation would also have been lovely but we're all commenting on the work All For Show did and not what we ourselves would have done. I'd be proud to sleep in that space. :)

This screams homeade and although a good attempt... money spent in all the wrong areas. No balance...portion off... tones clash. Just a Mish mash of things.
