Thanks, that was a crazy fun room to do! The mural sits behind the puck boards, which were created much like the ones you show above. I used sheets of plexi and lined them with metal striping tape. The red is the color of the chair rail that the plexi sits on. You can achieve the same effect by adding an image behind your plexi boards so it appears the stands are behind you. There are companies that make bus decals that can take any image and blow it up onto adhesive backed film. I used a picture from my clients section of the Verizon Center.
