For anyone not sure what will happen or what to expect when sealing marble or stone, here is a before and after with a bonus video of the application. you can see the instant darkening and enhancement. We will usually go with a solvent based sealer where possable. obviously the smell is the #1 reason for not using it. there are oil and water based sealers aswell.
