Hi, I can acces my idea books on the houzz website, but not in the houzz app for iPad. I only have one user account. I have tried the synchronise arrow. Is there any way that I can access my idea books in the houzz app? I have tried synchronising while holding the iPad in landscape mode, as previously sugested in another thread. Thanks.

Hi Lisa,

Have you tried signing out in your app and tried signing back in?
If that still doesn't work, another thing to try is to close the app completely (by pushing the ipad home button once to get out of the app, then double-tapping on the home button, find the houzz icon at the bottom, hold onto it until the "remove" sign shows up, and remove it) After that, re-launch the application again.

Hi, I had tried signing out and back in to both app and web-site and neither of these worked.
I have now deleted app from iPad and then re-installed. This has done the trick and I can now see all of my idea books in both app and web-site.
Thanks for quick response. This issue is now resolved.
