My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I agree with matley1... it's the reason I love this house. I also believe that George's comment was rude and uncalled for ("if you don't have anything nice to say...") and that if you're going to slam someone's work at least get your spelling right. It's "upscale" and "tract house."

      I have just noticed that the original 10/13 post was inadvertently applied to the wrong image. My apologies to the owner (whom I know) and the architect. The home is very well designed, inside and out, and is perfectly sited with long water views. Overall, an excellent project. Again, my apologies.
