Soft jazz by BM #809 see below photos. It's the color on the door.

I am having the same issue, with BM trying to find a true periwinkle. I gave up and found Serenity 4005-7B, Promise 4005-7C and Mysterious Blue 4005-8A all from Lowes Valspar. I found these weren't too blue or too purple, just right. I hope you found something that worked for your project.

FYI, on my monitor the color looks more blue but on the paint chip it leans toward a more true blue violet.

Look for something that is the color you want and get it color matched. A piece of fabric, a piece of paper, wherever you can find it.

handymam, Unfortunately I don't have anything to get it matched. But I am happy with the above color chips so far. Next, I want to get a couple of samples and paint foam boards. That seems to work the best for me as far as seeing and getting a feel for the color.

Gosh, I wish I could find fabric in the periwinkle that I like. I have been sewing for over 50 years and make all my pillows and duvet covers.

I have a periwinkle dress in my closet that is at least 30 years old. Probably haven't worn it in 20 years, but I just can't bring myself to get rid of it, it is such a pretty color., lol!

I used this color in a living room. Gorgeous!
