My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love all the different chairs...where are they from?

love how it looks like they are all mismatch on purpose. ;-) advice on how to achieve this? tying colors into the room, etc?

    Thank you! I "collected" them from antique stores, garage sales, re-sale shops for an entire summer. I ended up with 16 (two full sets of 8). My biggest comment is to pay attention to the height of the back when purchasing. I like the mis-matched look best when it isn't too sloppy...and using chairs of similar heights helps achieve this. Happy hunting. :)
