    I believe these are Saarinen Executive Chairs with wood legs. You can find them at sources like Design Within Reach and Hive Modern, or you can seek out vintage versions - I got mine with metal legs on Craigslist - they were from the old IBM offices here in Atlanta and a really nice guy had scooped them up for a good deal.
