Where did you find these shelves and how are they mounted?

I would also like to know where I can find shelves like these?

This bathroom design brought up many thoughts.
Less visual clutter,
A shorter, sink-wide, wood framed mirror would cut down on the reflected visual clutter of the ceiling and shower "stuff" while connecting the flanking wood shelves.
More storage,
A wide, inset medicine cabinet flanked with closed shelving and a vanity cabinet would vastly increase storage.
Honestly,
This is a space designed for guests, not three kids.. .
I can just see how three kids would trash this place in a nano second, I can hear them fighting for accessible space for their multitudinous paraphernalia, some of which would have semi-peramaent places on the floor....Sooner or later, I would be straddling the toilet and a rickety chair , wiping off toothpaste and talc dust while cringing at the developing water stains on the wood shelves installed at sink level and below. While I'm at it, I could roll up the towels which are conveniently situated at ceiling level.
Maybe Canadian kids are neater and more disciplined than American kids, so this design will work fine for them..........I hope so.
