The floor tile is from Walker Zanger located in San Francisco, CA. It is part of the Stone Mosaic Sutdio Moderne series. This mosaic is under the decorative mosaic tab and is named Regency Mosaic. Unfortunately the color that was used (mosaic green river) has been discontinued, but they do have three other colors to choose from.

Using a small mosaic like this on the floor in a small bathroom takes away the need for any kind of bath mat because the large amount of joints and grout create good traction.
