We suggest contacting your local Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint store for specific advice from the experts. It is essential that they are prepped (sanded) and primed properly so that the paint adheres to your doors and that you purchase the right type of paint for this application. Even then, if the doors are ever dinged or scratched you will see the existing color of your doors underneath so you will always need some touch up paint on hand.
