My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Glad you like it. The gutter is a custom designed fabrication using a steel pipe which was sliced open, welded to brackets, and then galvanized. A description with a couple of drawings was published in Residential Architect magazine:

      I also really like the way that the gutters look. They seem like they would be very efficient, and gives you a good place to save extra water.       You guys are right, that water could be so useful. I have never actually seen rain gutters that look like these before. We don't have laminate roofing, so I'm not sure that this would work for our home. If we ever did get it though, I'll have to keep this in mind. http://alakairaingutters.com/services
