My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What hinges did you use? - Awesome work! I love the idea and I'm looking to tackle a similar project. One thing I am having trouble coming across is a strong enough hinge system to hold the weight of the TV. How wide does the TV swing out? How much weight would it hold? Any pointers/ideas/additional photos would be appreciated.
