My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There is a center guide at the bottom that keeps the bottom of the door stabilized.

      I purchased it from my local hardware supplier in Grand Rapids, MI. The name of the company is US10B in ADA, MI.

      Is there a track at the bottom along the shoe mold to stabilize this barn door? Are there any photos of the door closed?

      I think I've answered my own question, I do not believe barn doors are made to have bottom tracks....?
