need help with a multi purpose room - guestroom/playroom/office

we are utilizing a bedroom as a multipurpose room. It will e a guestroom (bunk beds full/twin), corner office and playroom all in one. I am having trouble putting together a theme that is not to kiddish or adultish but a good balance of both. know I want it to be fun for both. Any ideas?

How big is the room? Do you have any pictures? It's hard to tell just like this.

Will be tricky if you have guests over while using the office and kids are playing in the room all at once.

Maybe a trundle/daybed instead of two beds side by side taking up floorspace for play? OR a Murphy bed that is disguised as an office. Depends on which use will be used more. Today's hot colors seem to be as multipurpose as the room you are talking about. Grey background with pops of yellow and turquoise? You could frame out a small area on one wall for a chalkboard for the kids, and a welcome sign for guests - list breakfast choices, or what's being prepared for dinner?

Beach themes are relaxing & fun. Many colors to choose from. Pastels & serene to Caribbean to Californian, Northwest, Hawaiian, etc. the possibilities are endless. Seashells, turtles or sharks & mermaids...
