Hello! There is no way to remove a discussion because it can serve as a useful resource to users, especially if there are comments on it. If there is a particular discussion you would like for us to take a look at, please send it to support@houzz.com.

Thank you. That does make sense. The other part of my question is what keeps a discussion active with people posting comments. For instance, I have been following one in design dilemma and it has over 200 comments. I posted one and so far have a mere 8 comments. Just curious if there is a way to make it more popular.

One more question on this subject please. Do some comments take longer to post than others? For instance if the comment is long or has images attached. I posted some earlier today but haven't seen those, although I have seen on that's on the shorter side appear. I hope I didn't post them to the wrong discussion :-(. Thanks for your help!

Long or short comments shouldn't matter. If you don't see your comment, try posting it again and see if it shows up. If it doesn't, send an email to support@houzz.com and we'll help you out there.

Oh, my goodness - it was sooooo long. Maybe that's a sign I should have been more succinct! I will try posting the images again with a shorter comment and see if it shows up. Thanks

how do i find the discussions i started when i log back in

Eleanor, if you go to Your Houzz, you will see a tab on your profile that says Posts. You will find all your discussions there. It looks like you have 5 Posts that you have participated in.
