Looks like a 2" wood pole with wood brackets & finials. Should be able to order something similar from any interior decorator in your area.

Yes - 2" rod, cut to size - they are not sold at this length. This particular set is from Graber, but as South East Installation Solutions LLC said, any designer can get these for you, or a similar style. To do it yourself, you'll have to determine what length you want the rods to be (I usually want them to be approximately 22" for a single drapery panel), how much space the brackets will take, then figure out where to hang them; both height and width placement is based on window size, whether there is crown molding, to name a couple things to watch for. It's often best to use a professional so that they're cut and hung correctly, but it can be done by a diy'er that likes a challenge. Good luck!
