My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what wood material and stain is used for this decking?

    The wood for the deck is IPE. No stain was used. I believe the deck was sealed/oiled. Without regular maintenance, the wood will turn a silver color similar to teak.

    The builder was Laing Luxury and is no longer in business so I can't confirm. It may have been a custom Pella window.
