My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      do you know, looking at the link you sent, is the shade you have more the white linen or the sand linen?

      Mine is more of a smooth ivory shade instead of the linen and the finial on the bottom is different than the link. If compared to the link I would say mine is more like white linen.
