My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Pendant light fixtures are from Obsolete in Venice Beach CA. They are porcelain ceiling pendants with twisted wire are Italian antiques Circa 1920-1930. http://www.obsoleteinc.com/index.php

      I don't see an extractor hood enabling you to have nice clean line shelving along the back wall. Is there one? Are they not always necessary?

      @stevecowley- Some ranges have a built in downdraft (like jennair)-or if there is a cook top, you can install a retractable downdraft at the rear of the cook top. This allows for a clean back splash and ceiling. There are additional alternative ways to vent this appliance.
