Depending on color, ceiling can be same color or cut the wall color with ceiling white - 33% color and add white crown and trim. Will look great.

HI -- Don't start cutting paint and making your own color mixes --it doesn't work. For high ceilings going with a darker than the walls color will bring down the ceiling and will ground the room. Or depending on the color choice , you could have the walls and ceiling all the same color . The two surfaces will look like separate colors because of the direction of the surfaces. And this is an easy way to go and can save you money not having to buy separate pails of paint . One contractors 5 gal. pail should be more than enough paint to do all those bedrooms .
