My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Aw, thanks! My great great grandfather made it in Bristol Connecticut, and my aunt Sally and my Mom used it as their desk as kids. It's not quite the right size for dining but I just love leaving it out somewhere I can enjoy it every day. When I was in grad school I used it as my desk but I no longer have a large enough office to fit it.

    I see from this photo I was so anxious to snap my then-new chairs that I didn't even remove that tacky price tag on one of them. oops!
