My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I belive Ballard Designs has a very similar chair - the style name in general is a Chinese Chippendale Armchair if you are searching for one - lots of manufacturers make them at different price points, and you can also find them vintage. You can also add the word "chinoiserie" to improve your search.
