travertine tile

Do most of the pieces have lines that look like cracks, but aren't, running through them from side to side? Do they have multiple lines? Any red lines? Thank you

This is called a veincut travertine tile. We have the same exact tiles in many different sizes. We call it Patara Veincut. Attached is an image which shows 16x24 and 24x24 Patara Veincut Tiles.

We like to use silver veincut travertine best. Which I'm sure you can find in many slab yards.

What slab yard did you use to source your silver veincut travertine? Thank you.

We use the slab yards in Anaheim for local projects like this one. The stone selection for each project is all about what the yards have in stock at the time of selecting. The process of selecting stone requires visiting each yard to see the particular grains available. The stone will vary at each yard, with each new shipment.

BuildDirect has like 700 something sqf of veincut silver tiles left in stock. Not a slab but if this material interests you, I really can't think of too many who have this.
