If money, space, time, and life wasn't an issue - What is your #1 dream feature you wish to have in your home?

For me, it'd be a swimming pool like this! I'm obsessed with mermaids, and well, this pool just screams my name! :P

My one day dream home wouldn't be complete without a large colonial cooking fireplace. I have my heart set on it.

I'm for staff too, gardner, cook, maid, maintenance. Did I leave anyone out?

I like everyone's ideas but can't use any of them unless I have Judiwithnani as I am disabled. I don't want anything to big..just comfy and cozy.

I would have a square or rectangular home with large courtyard in the middle with pond, waterfall, rocks, sculpture, sitting areas and retractable roof over it all. Many French doors or pocket sliders would open onto it. Maybe there'd be a second floor with balconies overlooking this lovely space. All of this would be planned to beautifully convert to a Christmas scene.

Or, maybe a Victorian Conservatory like the one at the Biltmore, a ballroom for dancing and party games!

    Central courtyard garden.

Oh my... I can't prioritize! I too have always wanted a house built around a courtyard after visiting a home like that when I was child living in Puerto Rico. But I also want a self cleaning bathroom, LOL!!! Is there such a thing?

Oh my goodness...the wheels they are a turnin'..definitely a wine cellar with tasting table and I would probably throw in an "on-call" Sommelier for good measure.

A full time chef. And a front porch.

If I could have any home, it would be one in the forest, surrounded by enormous trees. The main house would be on the ground, but stairs/bridges would lead to a few tree lofts. Tree lofts are just so wonderful; I'd feel like an elf! :D

Hmmmm....so many ideas and so little money...location first. I would like the home built into a mountain with city views that I could enjoy while relaxing in my negative edge pool or hot tub. A butler's pantry would make me very happy too! I would like this dream home powered with solar power so APS would pay me!!!

I would like to have a broadcast room or recording area, where it's silent so I can record music and not have to worry about interrupting anyone outside of the room with noise. Of course it would have a 'On-Air' light by the door :D

Library. I could live in a house that was pretty much entirely a library and be thrilled with that. ;)
Library plus a collection of video/dvd tapes plus mineral/rock collections. Bliss

Judy - you forgot a laundress who also irons.

I want several screened in porches, one of which is off my bedroom to be used for sleeping and as a place for me to paint. I also want a guest house (with a screened in porch of course). I also need lots of staff including a massage therapist on call 24 hours, Gardner, cook, house cleaner, handyman, laundress &ironer and nice quarters for them to live in. I could go on & on but I think I'll good-night instead.
