Yes it is. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. This has no auto-defrost, and requires doing it manually. The drawers were disappointingly small. A few months after installation the freezer location was switched with the cabinet, so that it is not directly affected by the oven heating up.
But in general, the owners are happy with it.

Thanks for your quick response! On the positive side, it's considerably cheaper than SZ. Also, Summit makes an undercounter, auto-defrost, stainless steel with a factory-installed ice maker, (4.7 cubic feet), but it has a regular door - no drawers.

The accent tile is a random select of Talavera tiles with a pencil liner also Talavera
The field tile is 3x12 Tuscan Clay in color Bianco
