My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Motorized Retractable solar screens. UV and heat resistant nylon. Many colors to choose from. There is also polymer coated fiberglass.

    What are the dimensions of the space where the screens retract into? Is that space between 2 beams? What is the material that serves as the floor for the deck upstairs? Thanks for the info.

    The deck is a powder coated aluminum deck. It's called a dry joist system. The screens retract up into the soffit we built. The screens are about 20 feet long each.
