This fireplace surround which was 66" wide x 47" high (outside dimensions) and was done in Carrera Marble was $3500. Shipping to your location would be extra. That includes all the carved pieces as well as some smaller 1/2" x 4" marble stock that was used to trim the interior. Custom sizes would not be an issue to suit a different firebox dimension. Other stone options could be used. If you wanted to add a 1" marble slab as a hearth I would suggest ~70" wide (2" overhang on each side) and about 8" deep. This would add another $400 to the price.
