Thanks so much! I was really nervous about going green - but white wouldn't have looked right with the open family room. I'm so glad we did it. The color is based off of Sherwin Williams edamame. We also replaced the countertops with an antiqued absolute black granite and replaced the backsplash and pulls.

where did you put the microwave?

We put the microwave on the counter space across from the refrigerator. The counter sort of bends around the corner, which you can't really tell from this picture, but across from the fridge there is just enough counter space for a smallish countertop microwave. That counter space was just wasted otherwise, so it has worked out well. Next to that space, there is a pantry, which I want to put chalkboard painted doors on soon.
