If all these aren't suitable then you try a neat scanner, or a simple scanner, it allows you scan the information from the cookbook and place it on your computer. This can save you alot of space and money. You can transfer this information to a tablet or whatever device so you can read the recipe and so on, and even have it read aloud to you.

You could make a section like a library. Probably most of these books are not accessed frequently so they could be kept on the top shelf of the cabinets.
