My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These beautiful chairs are from Palecek,the frame color can not change, the seat covers can.We are dealers for this company, but they have a to the trade showroom in NYC.they are based in California. the chair frames are made over seas.

    that fabric was from Kravet pattern #28696 color 23 Safariya /Spray, Chairs are from Design Master Style Denmark #513

    these chairs where ordered in February of 2012, so I'm not sure what is still available.
