We often use custom sized mirrors in our designs. We work with local mirror and glass suppliers to get the specific sizes we need. Here in Tucson we like to use Southern Arizona Glassworks for much of our mirror/glass business.

Is that same stacked stone used elsewhere in the bathroom? what is in the shower? thanks

These cabinets are made of clear alder with a natural finish. The manufacturer is Hallmark Cabinets out of Salt Lake City, UT. There is also a darker glaze added to the finish.

Could you tell me the manufacturer on the lighting? Was the homeowner happy with the amount of light these pendants provided?

These are one-light mini-pendants. Unsure of the manufacturer, but Quorum Lighting has many similar light to choose from. These pendants really are not the main source of the lighting - notice the can lights in the ceiling and the natural light coming from the skylight. In this case, they provide adequate lighting, if they were being used as the sole source for light in the space, it may not be enough.

We use a local glass/mirror supplier for those types of needs. Wherever you are, you should be able to find a glass supplier who will make a mirror to fit any space your are planning. These mirrors are actually placed onto medicine cabinet doors - your glass supplier should be able to do that for you.

The stacked stone is not grouted. How can you waterproof the material? I would be worried that water will splash from the faucets and go in between the stones.

You can use a stone sealer that will help waterproof the stacked stone. Again, I would not recommend in a very damp application, but for a vanity backsplash, the stone sealer should do the trick and will also aid in maintenance.
