My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Floor is an epoxy product from Dex-o-tex (call them to discuss what exact product you need.) It's laid down by trowel over waterproofed underlayment. The walls are an acid-etched mirror product - installation needs to be very detailed to avoid potential water damage. It's all very low maintenance.
