What is the correct way to use mosaic tiles in a small bathroom? Are people still using them? Is it a fad? The room is getting a redo with a new tub, frameless bypass shower doors and new tile in the tub area. We are going to12"x 24" white porcelain tiles and tile up to the ceiling in the alcove tub area. Should I tile half way up the walls on the other walls? What about adding the mosaic? I am going to change out the vanity and mirror. Should I use white again or bring in a wood tone vanity. I love the look of the rectangular sinks that are being shown today. We have selected the Cavata tub/shower set by Kohler. I am on a limited budget but still want the bathroom to look fresh and modern. The house is a Florida more contemporary style built in 1993. We are using Sherwin Williams Crushed Ice paint in the hallway that leads to the bathroom and the living/dining area. The mosaic has the blue and gray colors. Is it too busy? What color should I paint the bathroom? Help!!
