My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell me how high the hearth is and how high the mantle is? Thanks!

It's a rumford type fireplace so a little higher than normal. Hearth is at 16" and there is a 24" clearance between the top of the fireplace and the bottom of the 8" high wood mantle.

What is the name of the rug and where did you get it

Sorry, the interior designer who specified it has retired.
