I'd put two full size sofas in an 'L' - one on the wall and the other on the large window side of the room, floating away from window and wall a bit. Update the two sconces and hang a large piece of art 5" above the sofa. Looks like TV connections are on the wall perpendicular to the FP, so put a credenza there. TV can sit on top or hang on the wall. Use a swivel under it if sitting on the credenza, or 'L' grouping you can add a pair of swivel chairs that can turn to watch TV or back for conversation. You'll need a large area rug that fits under the chairs and front feet of the sofas, filling a lot of the floor area. I'd use top down/bottom up shades so you can control the view in and out. Later, if you want, you can flank them with lined stationary drapery panels at either end of the large window covering about 1/3 of the glass and maybe 10" of the wall (depends on how much space is available at the entry door end of the window.) You might add UV film in the top sections, or you can have custom blinds made for them too, but they are pricey. Nice if light and sun fade start to be a problem. Big issue is the bush outside - remove it so you can see something out the window.
