My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those lights are from Restoration Hardware, I just bought it last week. They are absolutely gorgeous but I'm trying to figure out how I can clean it since it is a complete globe with not a big enough opening to clean glass when they get dirty, so keep this in mind when deciding.
