Love this cypress. Please, Please tell me stain technique?

I'm remodeling my kitchen and want to go with cypress, but they are too orange naturally..I was looking through houzz for this white washed effect. What is the best treatment?

This is an Eight coat paint and glaze. It took quite some time to perfect. I would suggest calling a highly qualified faux finish painter. They can most likely create this look of they se qualified. It is a sage color. Hope this helps. Best of luck !
