My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you. This home is in coastal South Carolina and the groundcover, which is under Live Oaks, is Asiatic Jasmine.

    We have property on St Simons Island where we have lots of Live Oaks. But the Palmettos are what we have the most of and they're difficult to eliminate if you don't like them.

    @taraleigh77 - as Hooten Land Design mentioned, the ground cover is Asiatic Jasmine. It's one of our favorites!
