You can vacuum & spot clean or have it professionally cleaned at a rug cleaners . It is made of felt which is naturally a dust resistant fabric - so it does not soak dust inside, just outiside which can be easily vacummed.

Hi I have it in a 47X71" currently. I can have 1 in less than 3 weeks if you need another size made.
