My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gutter system and downspouts.

This is a beautiful look, with the dark flat tile roof and light stucco. The gutter and downspout system matches the glazing well. Are they treated/painted at the manufacturer level or custom matched locally? Please share the metal used and the process. Thank you

    These were matched at the manufacturer, they are aluminum half round gutters. We used more clips than were necessary because we wanted them to line up with the rafter tails. Thank you.

    Thank you, the extra clips are an interesting touch. May I ask about the two chimneys in this image? Seeing some of the interior photos of this great project, they appear to be decorative. Do they house vents or fans of any kind?

    Yes the two chimneys are for architectural appeal only, there is a third chimney and fireplace at the outdoor living room which is functional. They do not house anything.
