How did you get the shutter around the door handle?

    There is a block installed around the handle to allow clearance for the shutter blades. See the larger white block on the inside of the glass and to the right of the door handle; any good blind supplier / installer should be able to replicate. Good luck!

    On french doors the manufacture does a cut out to allow for the levered handle to operate.There is a sir charge that can range from 175$ to make allowances for this. If you replace the handle on the door with a round knob it would be a lot less expensive.
