You can order it through companies like Hafele and Richelieu. You will need a good cabinet maker and installer to make sure the fit is correct. My wife has one in her kitchen - I say that because she is 5'2" while I am 6'3". She uses it regularly since our cabinets go up to 94". The face is attached and swings out of the way when using the step stool. And yes, Hafele does offer it too. I believe there is a white and a silver available.
