This bathroom could be in any house. It lacks character. The unframed mirror could be framed in an interesting way or one mirror could cover the entire wall from counter top to ceiling, wall-to-wall. There are so many interesting sinks (and faucets) available today. This one is not very evocative or interesting. Two decorative sconces on either side of the mirror would provide better light for shaving and make-up and should relate to the sink/faucet and mirror frame to unify the design elements. Moulding at the ceiling could be added and perhaps conceal lighting. Even though it's a bathroom, artwork could be added, again, perhaps in keeping with the theme or concept I've been suggesting you create. The cabinet is bland as is the countertop. It isn't necessary to change all of these things. Just select some elements that will give the room some oomph!
