I'm redoing a kitchen in NYC which has small dimensions. While the kitchen has a full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, I am considering a reconfiguration of the kitchen which would put the refrigerator, sink and dishwasher all on one wall. The question is: which would be more important for resale value - a regular sized refrigerator and a smaller dishwasher, or a regular sized dishwasher and a smaller refrigerator?
