My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I have a very large expanse of windows, and I made my own from two PVC pipes spray painted bronze. I was able to find a connector for the middle of the span and mounted a bracket in the center to keep it from bowing. The light weight of the PVC is great for long spans. It's mounted about 12' high, so no one can tell it's PVC. Super cheap too!!
