My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These recessed Executive motorized retractable screens shown above were manufactured by Phantom Screens and professionally installed by Phantom Screens authorized distributor (in this case, by Somers Screen Solutions in Interior British Columbia, Canada). Phantom Screens has distributors and dealers all over Canada and the US, so no matter where you are located, we can help! You can find a distributor near you by either dialling 1-888-PHANTOM or entering your zip code/postal code at http://www.phantomscreens.com/where-to-purchase/. This is definitely not a DIY project - we recommend you contact our guys in your area so they can come out, check out your space, and provide you an estimate based on your specific needs (mesh options, recessing, etc.).
