I am not sure that I understand.......Did you do these renderings of potential designs for you house? Is each rendering based on your actual house that you bought.....?

If you are asking what might be the most important elements for resale, I would say the kitchen is most important. Master bath might be second...............

I think it depends on location; the third project seems the most neutral to me, though.

I see - you've found your favorite images that you might use as design inspiration and you want feedback. The permanent stuff is what people will look at - hardwood floors, casework / cabinets and general layout. The floors are alike in all of them.

Generally the first two have the same kinds of tones - darker wood cabinets - the layouts lean a bit more toward the compact in the kitchen than the last. Assuming you will do the best kitchen layout for your particular space, the issue is tuxedo cabinets that are perhaps a bit more traditional in style versus dark wood cabinets.

I personally like a tuxedo kitchen, but I would do it in dark wood below and off-white / even edgecomb gray off-white above so it was more classic and warm but still neutral. It keeps things light and bright in the kitchen / cooking area - a place where good light is imperative for work. It also seems a bit more custom, where the standard dark wood shaker cabinets are getting to be ubiquitous. If your home is in the top 1/3 of home values in your area (excluding the mansion-y things), more custom vs. less custom look will help you. If in the mid range then standard may be best. Not a fan of the checkerboard mosaic backsplash there, but that is a minor detail not germane to you - i think you will have better taste!

The other thing that going tuxedo does is make it easier to use either finish on any other built ins (i recall candace olsen doing some great dark wood and off white combos where the shelves only were the dark wood and the rest was sort of off-the shelf stuff with a good coat of paint). That would also promote the lighter feel of off-white trim throughout.

I would want to know more about how much natural light you had and what your latitude / geography was before I suggested the lighter neutral grays or the deeper, more dramatic stone grays. . .
