Is this laminate flooring? Looks amazing.

Thank you. Its a half inch engineered hardwood (I don't recall the species at the moment). I chose to float the floor over a moisture resistant pad and edge glue the boards because its in a basement and therefore nothing to nail to.

Chris it looks like a hand scraped prefinished engineered as described with a 4 side bevel and walnut species. Engineered is a great choice for basements to resist the moisture typically prevalent in basements. Let me know if you have any wood flooring questions. joel@oakandbroad.com
